The solar plexus chakra, also known as the third chakra, is located in the upper abdomen, near the stomach. It is associated with personal power, confidence, and self-esteem. When your solar plexus chakra is balanced, you feel confident, assertive, and in control. However, when it is out of balance, you may experience feelings of self-doubt, anxiety, and a lack of direction.
